We hold an investment position as a GP Equity member of The Basin.
Located on the shores of Lake Quannapowitt, The Basin is designed to orient around the Lake and includes a lakeside walking path, multiple roof decks and an impressive landscape program.
Residents will have easy commuting access to Boston and surround areas with an I-95/Rt. 128 exit on either side of the site and a shuttle service to the MBTA Commuter Rail.
The project will also include a 3,600 SF waterfront restaurant space with an additional 2,000 SF outdoor patio.
Construction started in 2023 with first units scheduled for delivery in 2025.
