Jacob has managed real estate assets through all stages of a project's development cycle, and specializes in deal sourcing, capital markets, acquisitions, and entitlements. His experience spans thousands of units as well as select commercial properties and mixed-use master planned projects. Jacob remains actively involved in the design, construction, lease-up, and disposition of projects.

Prior to co-founding SV+P, Jacob was the Senior Development Manager at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, leading project teams across Boston, Cambridge, Quincy, Newton, and Woburn totaling 2,500+ units. Prior to CC&F, he served as an analyst at Cary Street Partners, a boutique wealth management and investment banking firm in Richmond, VA.

 

Jacob graduated from Lafayette College with a Certificate of Financial Policy & Analysis, a BA in Economics & Business, and a minor in Government & Law.

 

Jacob was born and raised in Somerville and currently resides in Boston.
